Morning everyone…We’ve been thrust into “Friday the 13th” becasue of stupidity. The stupidity of voters on the right and on the left….Because of narcissistic demagogues on the right and the left…Because of complacency and people thinking voting won’t do anything, so what’s the use…because of a media that has given in to greed and once again stupidity and becasue of a governing body in Congress that doesn’t know how to compromise on anything…It’s “fuck you society”, you’ll get what we give you and there is nothing yo can do about it in Congress..Prime example is what is going on right now with SCOTUS.

The stars aligned to give all of us something we never in a million years could have imagined..WE got a worthless moron as President(gag) and a worthless moron that cost us not seeing Hillary in the WH and is now trying to cost us the midterms.

Are all Dump voters bigots, racists, misogynists, deplorables..No, just ask Bernie…But they all voted for Dump who is everyone of those things and worse which makes everyone of the voters just as deplorable if not more so. That’s the biggest problem with Bernie and his crusade to get them over to our side. When they voted for Dump they were saying they were alright with those adjectives and proclivities that Dump showed, hell he shouted them to anyone that would listen. We listened and they didn’t or didn’t care becasue they agreed. Now here we have an idiot that thinks becasue,(just guessing)he thinks he got the Popes blessing, he’s always right and everyone else is wrong, even though he has no fucking idea what the hell he is talking about, that he can reshape the Democratic Party by cosying up to the deplorable voters while throwing everyone else under the bus.

That’s the one thing that Bernie has always been lacking…A fucking BRAIN…Same goes for Dump…hence interchangeable…

      • Good question, Batch. I’m not expecting much in the way of a constructive response initially. Congress is still carrying tRump’s water. Maybe, once they ram Gorsuch through, they’ll decide that they got their shiny prize and will cut their losses and impeach tRump. (ok, I can hope!)

      • HiYa Batch love the Hillary videos…I see Rand Paul came out with the same claim that the action was illegal because of lack of Congressional approval last night…plus I saw that Russia pulled out of the agreement that lets Countries operate safely in area…Russia called a UN emergency meeting saying that the US broke International Law…even when they do something that is half way reasonable like a strike on the air fields from where the chemical attack was launched…

      • President Obama went to Congress to get permission to strike Syria, they said no, White President launches futile attack and they are raving about it.

  4. good morning Batch and Meese, it’s a lovely morning in the desert and surprisingly cool. The news is so ghastly and what’s worse is my feeling that the vast majority of this country either doesn’t care or thinks it’s a good idea to destroy our democracy. There are going to be some harsh awakenings.

  6. {{{Batch}}} – thanks for the Hillary links. I will try to listen to the entire interview sometime today. It’s hard not to be freaked out with what’s going on. Some really scary similarities to 1930s Germany – up to and including starting wars to pull the country together behind the dictator. In the long run it’s not going to work any better than it did for W. What made war in the early days of Hitler quite popular was as much economic as it was patriotic. By putting just about every able-bodied man in the military and everybody else into the war effort (from factories to farming to transportation services to…) Hitler ended Germany’s Depression which was a lot worse than ours. For pvl45, just like for W, the fact that 1) we aren’t in a depression and 2) our manufacturing sites have been shipped overseas (no idle factories to just re-tool, re-staff, and start producing war goods from tents to tanks in 6 months or less) says there will be no economic benefits to the “ordinary citizen” to counter what it is going to be very expensive in tax dollars as well as reputation/relationships abroad.

    A lot of people are going to be hurt and killed – this time, we’re the bad guys. And over 50% of Americans know this. It will not be easy to win back our government and it will take time. But we will to it.

  10. Good morning, Pond Dwellers. Thanks, Batch, for the roundup. I read this morning that according to ABC News, it looks like Syria was tipped off, too. So, tRump tells his BFF Putin, who tells Assad and then, he tells congress. Eyewitnesses say there was movement of equipment and people away from the target zone prior to the attack. 52 and windy in Sac Town. Chance of rain returning later today. Looks like the elliptical instead of a walk today.

  14. Late to the party again but hi everyone. I think there is something very suspicious about this Syria strike. They warned Russia who told Syria in time for them to evacuate the hardware and military but leave some civilians. No conferring with Allies or Congress, just throw some cruise missiles around and change the subject. This is a very stupid move by a delusional man

  15. Outstanding day here with just a breeze after days of wind. I finished the sanding and cleaning on the chair, I’ll be able to get the finish on this weekend so it can be delivered to the upholsterer. He stays busy so you have to get your stuff in line. It felt good to be offline most of the day too.
